WEB DESIGNER EXTRAORDINAIRE!
ADF is seeking a full-time and highly professional Web Designer responsible for developing and executing creative concepts for all online marketing communication initiatives and the construction of all emails and landing page.

The Web Designer is responsible for increasing the quality, quantity and turnaround time of all ADF online marketing communications. As a result, there will be an increase in team capacity - allowing ADF to respond to a greater number of requests and opportunities for growth. Other responsibilities include managing and updating all content on the ADF websites.

B.S. or B.A. degree in Computer Graphics or Marketing
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Access
Strong working knowledge of internet design standards, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash
Adobe Photoshop/Fireworks; and Dreamweaver
Experience working with SQL is preferred
Superior influential leadership skills, flexibility and a passion to succeed
Proven record managing complex projects with tight deadlines
Strong multi-tasking capabilities
