PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
ADF seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Director of Program Operations, located in Scottsdale, Arizona. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative assignments supporting the implementation of National and Regional Litigation Academies. Program implementation duties include, but are not limited to, data entry, file organization, and organizing of program materials.

3+ years of progressive administrative and office clerical experience
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting or work independently when needed
Strong computer skills: M.S. Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Minimal travel is required

Part-time positions are not benefits eligible. Team Members designated as part-time normally work approximately 25 hours per week. On occasion and as needed by ADF management additional hours worked per week may be required.
