Job: Call Center VP of Operations

Our client is interested in candidates that have been in operations in a SR Level position with proven skills managing the operations and the client. If you have not been responsible for at least 15M in revenue you will not be considered.

Our client is looking for a VP of Operations Leader who will responsible for all aspects of operations and client relationship management. Develop client and business strategy and ensure execution by organization to meet client’s expectations. Responsible for financial management of the business unit with P&L accountability.

PLEASE NOTE WE NEED A VP FOR BOTH LOCATIONS

You must be able to effectively monitor and analyze program performance. Develop and execute strategic account plans for client programs. Provide value add solutions for client business.

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 15+ years of call centre experience
• Experience in running large call centre operations – 700-1000 seats
• Excellent understanding of SLAs, CSAT, staffing and scheduling, and performance matrices
• Must have analytical skills to drive performance and profitability
• Must have been managing large multiple clients
• Must have P&L responsibility
• Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree
• Must be bilingual – Spanish and English
• Preferred – work experience in Central America
• Preferred – process improvement/six sigma exposure
• Willing to relocate to Guatemala on a 2 year contract
