GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FROM HOME! No Telemarketing Involved $11.00 - $11.50 /Hour APAC Customer Services, Inc., an award-winning customer service provider, is looking to add some stellar new team members who can assist us from your home. This position involves answering a high volume of inbound customer phone calls in order to provide information, research accounts, respond to inquiries, establish and disconnect service requests and other service related inquiries. While this is an at home position, all candidates must be able to attend 6-week, full-time training program on-site Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates MUST reside within 25 mile radius of N. Black Canyon Highway, Phoenix, AZ, 85029 and have previous inbound call center experience. Skills / Requirements
