Work with a small team to empower, teach, encourage & assist SMI/DDD individuals
with developmental disabilities and/or serious mental illness in group home settings.

The ideal professional MUST HAVE SMI/DDD GROUP HOME EXPERIENCE and
be available to carry the house cell phone when the supervisor is not on duty.

* MUST HAVE GROUP HOME EXPERIENCE in SMI/DDD or Dual-Diagnosed Settings
* U.S./H.S. Diploma/GED
* Knowledge of AZ Licensing and Monitoring-behavioral support
* Ability to assist with assessments & treatment plans
* Performs multiple administrative tasks
* Knowledge of crisis management & physical management
* Read, Write & Speak English clearly
* Good computer skills
* Creative, enthusiastic & solution focused
* Must be willing to carry cell phone 24/7 as needed
* 21 years of age or older
* Valid AZ Driver's License, clean driving record, reliable transportation
* MUST pass CPES fingerprint clearance (no criminal background or DUI within the past 5 years)
