USAA is currently seeking talented Investment Services Representatives for our Phoenix, AZ location.

As an Investment Services Representative for USAA, you will have one of the most important roles in our company. In this position you'll spend approximately 90% of your day handling in-bound phone calls from our current members. Your goal is to assess our member's financial situations and goals and make appropriate financial product recommendations. You'll advise them on an array of financial issues such as: retirement planning, college funding, and asset allocation. You will recommend appropriate financial strategies based on member's goals, individual needs.

Must be able to work extended hours (between the times of 8:00 a.m - 9:00 p.m Monday - Friday & Saturdays).

USAA's advantages include:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of relevant customer contact experience OR successful completion of military service OR college equivalency.
  • Acquisition and/or maintenance of NASD Series 7 (or 6) and 63 licenses.

*Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level.

Preferred Skills:

  • 1 year of financial services experience (to include Sales, Life, Investments, or Financial Planning).
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Relationship skills are critical to success in this position.
  • Ability to listen, understands, and confidently influences others to a positive outcome.
  • Must enjoy working in a fast paced work environment dedicated to serving USAA's members.
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63.
