Job: Clerk, Technology Distribution Center

Process incoming orders for IT equpment to fulfill both new equipment and break/fix equipment requests.


Detailed Description

· Technology Distribution Center (TDC) performs multiple tasks in support of US Airways' IT assets.

· Responsibilities include: asset tracking/shipment/repair/salvaging of technology equipment, direct customer interface, shipping & receiving an average of 2000 pieces of equipment per month; data entry in Excel spreadsheets and inventory software. Inventory of assets in two warehouses.

· Delivery/ pickup throughout the facilities.

· Focus on and process returns and salvage equipment from sites

High School Diploma
Relevant work experience in warehouse environment
Ability to left and carry boxes
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Experience with Crystal Reports, BMC Service Desk Express preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
