Currently licensed with the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy

Must have 2+ years of therapy experience.

Self-directed, flexible and able to work with little supervision.

Good observation skills, good oral and written communication skills.

Must be a licensed driver with an automobile in good working order and insured in accordance with the requirements of the state of Arizona
