Responsibilities: Primarily responsibe for resolving Third Party Rejects (TPRs) by reviewing the TPR, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting. Responsible for making telephone calls as necessary. Responsible for following all guidelines and procedures for resolving TPRs. Skills / Requirements
Qualifications:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic knowledge of PC computer functionality required. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; Excellent written and oral communications are required. Must be organized and extremely detail oriented; accurate key strokes required. Interpersonal skills to create good working relationships with others, build rapport with customers, including internal customers, and ability to interact with customers from different backgrounds is required. Previous pharmacy experience desired. Important Notes
Employees are eligible for medical and dental insurance, and Profit Sharing after 90 days of employment.
