Job: Associate Director of Residential Services

Oversees the administration of adult residential services in a manner that meets the needs of clients in a timely and therapeutic manner based on recovery model guidelines. Manages the comprehensive daily operations of 5+ inpatient residential locations, including program development, treatment activities, staffing, licensing, and facilities Must have strong leadership skills, fiscal management experience and excellent interpersonal skills. Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field and three years of experience providing direct services to the specific target population including one year full-time administrative/supervisory experience.


Positions are open until filled. Applicants must be 21 years of age for Clinical and Residential positions and must be 25 years old to transport. Persons working in some service areas are fingerprinted and must receive clearance. Upon hire, 'all' jobs require an Arizona Motor Vehicle Report and proof of liability insurance.
