Job: Wellness Program Administrator

Blood Systems, a national leader in the blood banking industry, is recruiting for a Wellness Program Administrator who will provide support to the Corporate Office in Phoenix, AZ. This position is a part time position that will require approximately 24 hours per week. The successful candidate under minimal supervision will be responsible for program delivery, outcome reporting, communications, and general program administration in addition to ensuring that the program is in alignment with the overall corporate health and welfare strategy.

To be considered for the position, applicants must have previous knowledge of administering public health and wellness programs to include a strong knowledge of health education, health promotion and wellness is required. Proficient knowledge of current regulations and laws including but not limited to: COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA etc. is required. Intermediate Excel, strong written, verbal and presentation skills are imperative. Candidate should have an ability to work in a team environment and have previous experience program planning and project management.
Relevant Bachelor’s degree in a related area with a minimum of three years experience in health care benefits or corporate wellness is required. RN is preferred.
