Job: 1st Shift Call Center Operators

We are currently looking for Call Center Operators to work our First Shift (7AM-3PM). If you are tired of the typical call center environment, then this is an excellent opportunity for you! We will train entry level candidates.

Shifts Available:

First Shift - 7:00AM - 3:00PM (Full Time)

The Call Center Operator will respond to alarms, with inbound and outbound calls and data entry 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. There is NO SELLING involved. This position can be fast paced at times.

We are looking for self starting individuals with good communication and leadership skills!

Experience in the security industry would be preferred but is not required.

Benefits package available to Full Time Employees after 90 Days.

Our office is located in the Scottsdale Airpark, just off the 101.

1. Excellent customer service and communications skills required.
2. Ability to type 35-40 words per minute.
3. Call center or customer service background is helpful.
4. Must be able to work First Shift (7AM-3PM) Full Time
5. Position may require working on weekends/holidays
