We are seeking Occupational Therapists for per visit part time, full time, or weekend coverage Valleywide! Specific needs in the North East Valley!

Occupational Therapist:

Evaluates, directs and provides the Occupational Therapy services to clients in the home or facility in accordance with Agency policies and procedures, applicable health standard, and governmental laws and regulations.

The Occupational Therapist is a graduate of an OT curriculum jointly accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA, and the AOTA or eligibility for the NRE of the AOTA or if initially licensed before 1978, has two years of appropriate experience and a passing grade on a proficiency exam of the U.S. Public Health Service.

Prefer 1 year experience.

Current licensure/registration in the State of Arizona.
