We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist in the Scottsdale area to join the Nightingale Team!

Physical Therapist:

The Physical Therapist evaluates, directs and provides the Physical Therapy services to clients in the home or facility in accordance with Agency policies and procedures, applicable health standard, and governmental laws and regulations.

A graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the APTA, the CAHE and Accreditation of the AMA, or the CME of the APTA or meets alternate qualification as stated in Federal and State Home Health regulations.

Current licensure/registration in the State of Arizona.
