Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders in Wickenburg, Arizona is expanding with their newly opened 24 bed adult inpatient facility, and new 14 bed adolescent program. Rosewoods success for over a decade is based on their ability to treat severe eating disorders with an intensive, medically sophisticated, cutting-edge, interdisciplinary program. Rosewood is located on a serene 14 acre campus in the beautiful Sonora desert, just 60 miles northwest of Phoenix, AZ. Rosewood is JCAHO accredited and is the only ED treatment center for adult/adolescent men and women in AZ that accepts insurances.

CONTROLLER

SUMMARY OF MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
The Controller is responsible for supervision of all accounting functions, including payroll, inventories, management and operation, reports, and financial statements.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for all accounting, including preparation of journal entries, financial statements, and related monthly financial reports required by management for all companies.
2. Reconciles facility bank accounts, accounts payable and receivable ledgers, fixed assets and other accounts requiring reconciliation on a monthly basis.
3. Prepares and presents quarterly reports at Board of Directors meetings.
4. Shall assist Director of Finance in budget implementation and maintenance.
5. Responsible for year-end financial audit and preparation of audit work schedules as assigned.
6. Meets regularly with Director of Finance and Executive Director to discuss issues and coordinate delivery of quality services.
7. Reconciles month-end open items detail to general ledger control.
8. Prepares and processes payroll.
9. Participates as a team player in Rosewood staff milieu.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. CPA preferred, 4 year Bachelor's degree in accounting.
2. Minimum of two (2) years experience in a financial position.
3. Minimum of one (1) year experience in supervisory position or oversight capacity.
4. Physical Limitations:
a. Ability to sit for extended periods of time
b. Ability to type/work on computer for extended periods of time.
