Job: Software Development Manager

Well established software development company is looking for a new leader of their software development team. This business critical position will be responsible for managing a team of 10+ developers currently working with .net technologies in an agile development environment. Do you understand development and what makes for a good software development environment for the team of developers you manage? Do you enjoy managing as well as keeping current by reviewing .net code and mentoring/teaching junior developers? Do you enjoy a fast-paced, quick deadline type of development? If so, this is the job for you. To qualify you must have current/recent management experience, current/recent understanding of .net technologies and current passion for creating the best software development team.
