Suddenly Slimmer spa is located in the Biltmore area, Phoenix, which is Arizona’s most prestigious community. The spa is family owned and operated for over 15 years. We are proud to be the first day spa in Arizona to offer wellness and med spa services. We are looking for dedicated, experienced team players to join our team.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Must be able to answer multi line phones, book appointments with little to no error.
• Must be able to multi task under pressure while maintaining and delivering high quality of customer service to our customers.
• The Retail Sales Advisor will be responsible to check-in and check-out all clients.
• Perform all opening duties, and make deposits to spa director throughout the day.
• Inventory products as they arrive, price and display in retail shelf.
• Must have a working knowledge of all services that we provide and basic knowledge of all products that we sell.
• Must be able to have an 80% or greater appointment booking rate and low measure of error.

Position Qualifications:
• Must have at least one year of sales experience in day spa, salon or hotel industry.
• Knowledge of spa booking software like ProSalon is a definite plus, but not required.
• Must have at least 1 year sales experience working in a department store, retail store, and/or other positions that require sales with a quota to meet per day or week or month.
• Must be friendly, attentive, dependable, knowledgeable on spa treatments and have working knowledge on most of our skin care lines (Rhonda Allison, Jan Marini, PCA, Dermalogica, Kinerase, Phyto 5, Jane Iredale), and a multi-tasker.
• Must be able to work weekends, mornings and/or evenings & flexible to pick up shifts when needed by Management.
