Main duties: - Front office reception answering multi-line phone system, - Heavy data entry - Invoicing - Accounts Receivables - Collections - Vendor relations - Office management & organization - Research & data entry of sales leads - Assistant to President and supporting sales, HR and technology departments - Projects as assigned by manager Kinetik I.T. is a Microsoft Certified Partner, focused on providing leading edge custom software programming, web site design & Internet marketing and computer network solutions for its clients. We have been servicing the local Arizona market place for over 17 years and enjoy working with people in a knowledge-sharing team environment. We have a great presence in the Valley and are always looking to add talented people to our team. Skills / Requirements
You MUST have:
- Excellent Front Office Reception Skills, Answering Multiple Phone Lines - 3 years min. work experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Databases - 2 years min. work experience with QuickBooks - 3 years min. data entry Important Notes
We need a fast worker, proficient typist with excellent computer experience.
