Job: I.T. Sales Executives: WEB SITES + CUSTOM SOFTWARE + I.T. SUPPORT SERVICES

Kinetik I.T. is a Microsoft Certified Partner, focused on providing leading edge custom software
programming, web site design & internet marketing and network solutions for its clients. We
have been servicing the local Arizona market place for over 17 years and enjoy working with
people in a knowledge-sharing team environment.

We are expanding our sales team and need self-motivated Sales Executives (70% inside - 30%
outside sales) to sell web site design, internet marketing, custom Windows & Web-based software
development/programming services. Our services furthermore include network design,
installation, migration and maintenance services.

RESPONSIBILITIES include:
- Heavy B2B Prospecting by Phone (Outbound B2B Cold Calling)
- Lead Generation for all services
- Prospect/Sales Opportunity Qualification
- Handling/Overcoming Objections
- Proposal Preparation & Presentation
- Appointments
- Close Sales
- Database/Contact Management/CRM Maintenance

To be successful with our team, your background should include prior success in B2B selling to
senior management level:
- Prior experience with technology or information technology sales (min. 2-3 years)
- Prior inside and outside sales experience (min. 2-3 years)
- Excellent Prospecting Skills (Outbound B2B Cold Calling by Phone)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Writing Skills
- Excellent Computer & Typing Skills as our sales department is highly automated
- Sandler Training a plus
- 2-year college degree preferred
- Stable Work History A Must
