Job: Collection Supervisor -3rd party collections management experience required

JOB TITLE: COLLECTION SUPERVISOR

We are currently seeking a Collection Supervisor to be responsible for the daily supervision, motivation and direction of collection staff. A minimum of 2 years prior 3RD PARTY Collection experience and supervisory experience preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills a must. Supervisors will work whatever hours or schedule necessary for floor coverage. Schedules will vary. Internal candidates must have an excellent attendance record.

Will fill in for Collection Management staff as necessary. Potential to move to Collections Manager position as they are available.

Must have third party training experience. Must have a thorough understanding and able to explain FDCPA Law. Good understanding of skip tracing, negotiation, F & C and collection techniques .

Skills & Abilities: Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active team member. Must possess strong presentation and interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills. Must have ability to work with a variety of skill levels.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in 3rd party Collection environment. Prior experience as a collector required and prior supervisory experience preferred.
