Job: Food Production Lead

Will be a working lead. This person will need three plus years in the food industry in a leadership title. Must be able to coach co workers on daily duties of machine operating and production. This job requires you to have steady work history and you must be flexible with your work schedule.

Operation Machinery with conveyor belt system
Troubleshoot machinery
Good Communication skills with all other employee
Prior leadership role
Knowledge of GMP's & SOP's
Standing, bending and lifting for entire shift

Must haves: attention to detail, high expectation of quality, great attendance, reliable, ability to work in a fast pace environment. Machine operating in production enviroment. Heavy lifting in involved. Must be flexible with schedule because it is subject to change.
