Position

The Customer Care Consultant is a call center job involving high volume call activity.  Duties include:

• answering calls and providing Tier 1 technical support for wireless services
• gathering information about the customer to place order
• inputting data using various Afni and client-software packages

Requirements

• Be proficient on the computer, including navigation of the web
• Possess strong communication and customer service skills
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Pass a comprehensive assessment after training.
