Our Mission is to improve the Physical, Emotional and Spiritual well-being of our Customers by providing state-of-the-art nutritional supplements and health/wellness education. Our inbound Wellness Consultants handle all sales and customer service calls to TriVita by providing our customers with the knowledge and support they need to identify the right nutritional supplements to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. No experience in nutritional supplements or health and wellness is required since we provide paid training!

One year of sales or customer service experience in a contact center environment preferred;

Sales aptitude with ability to upsell and cross-sell;

Models commitment to the TriVita customer experience; passionate about helping people improve their health and dedicated to providing quality customer service;

Ability to adapt to change in a fast paced, high performance driven culture;

Professional and polished demeanor with a high energy, positive, friendly, upbeat personality;

Strong verbal communication skills;

Self-motivated and results-oriented; sets goals and strives to meet goals;

Dependable; demonstrates exceptional habits of attendance;

Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment;

Basic computer proficiency; able to navigate through different screens and send/receive email;

Flexibility including the ability to work on Saturdays and holidays.
