Job: Early Stage Collector

Position Function:

Successfully collect 1-29 day delinquent accounts according to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures and government regulations. Work effectively with an automated dialing system to achieve delinquency objectives without sacrificing customer service standards or causing accounts to carry to later delinquency. Make payment arrangements and set up multiple payment plans within our company guidelines and objectives. Varying schedules.


Position Requirements:

• Persuasive and professional communication skills
• Detail oriented/organized style
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• A strong numeric aptitude
• Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
• Post high school education preferred
• CRT/data entry experience preferred
• Flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends
• Early and late shifts available
