Description-
Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Resolution of Executive Default complaints.
Deliver compelling customer service in a manner that builds and retains long lasting relationships by handling/supporting customer telephone requests in a residential mortgage call center atmosphere.
Represent company in a professional manner that demonstrates a role model and mentor to less experienced staff.
Meet or exceed established productivity, development and quality measures.
Work under minimal supervision, responsible for escalated and more complex or difficult inquiries.
Assess client's needs by processing a thorough knowledge of optional products and sales procedures.
Act as a subject matter expert and efficiently recommends additional products and services offered by the company/direct clients to the appropriate party for final resolution of problem.
Identifies procedural problems and develops appropriate solutions to service customers.
Advise management of potential problems.
Assist in implementing new techniques and procedures that enhance efficiency.



Qualifications-

2-3 yeas Collections experience.
High School Diploma or Equivalency (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
High Problem Solving Ability
High Math aptitude
Detail Oriented
Accurate in Work
Aptitude for Sales
Flexible and Adaptable
Positive Demeanor
