Job: Administrative Assistant

Metro Care Services is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic administrative assistant for its West Phoenix location. Metro Care Services provides Home and Community care for individuals with developmental disabilities.

This individual needs to be able to handle multiple tasks and enjoys a fast paced environment providing general office support. Daily tasks may include:
* Answering phones(in SPANISH and English)
* Filing client files
* Make copies
* Assisting the Coordinator
* Sending out mass emails using Outlook
* Data Entry for Billing twice a month
* Do mass mailings twice a month
* Ability to meet crucial deadlines
* Use critical thinking

Descriptive qualities would include, Punctual, Motivated, Friendly, and Organized.

Customer service ability in having phone conversations, and greeting a multitude of individuals involved in the care team of our customers. Must be able to use conflict resolution methods with situations as they arise.

Must be a fast learner and able to adapt to working with a variety of individuals within the office structure. This position will require working independently with minimal supervision and be reliable for ones actions.

Prior receptionist experience required.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
