The candidate must possess the
following:

Property & Casualty Insurance License

Life & Health Insurance License.

Leadership background required.

Minimum of 1 year Sales & Marketing required

Vigorous Independent Agency experience may suffice

Strong organizational and personal skills required

Positive, up-beat personality required

Bi-lingual in Spanish would be a huge plus
