Job: Store Manager

Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona is seeking a highly motivated Store Manager in the retail industry to help grow a world class retail organization in the non profit sector!
Store Manager is responsible for effectively & efficiently directing the operation of a multi product thrift store. Store Manager ensures productivity & sales goals are met or exceeded. Ensures high standards for donor & customer relations through prompt, efficient, friendly, and courteous service by our store personnel. Must be able to work independently. Ensures operating standards are maintained. Manage/supervises store personnel & ensures that all policies are followed. Ability to train & develop team members, problem solve, delegate, and make decisions independently. Promotes on-going training through monthly store meetings and other appropriate means to ensure use of productive sales techniques and to update store personnel on all policies & procedures. Should have the ability to maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, co-workers, customers, donors, and persons receiving services. Should be willing to help in any area necessary when short staffed. Should demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Minimum 5 years of management experience in the retail industry
Must be willing to transfer to other stores in the Tucson area as requested
Must be flexible and willing to work nights & weekends
Must have a valid AZ Driver's License
Must be able to obtain clearance for Division of Developmental Disabilities
Must be able to maintain a positive, friendly attitude, and a well groomed appearance.
