Job: Business Intelligence Query Analyst

Data mine within PeopleSoft system.
Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operational requirements and system goals.
Research, review, and analyze data received to enhance data that is requested.
Communicate approach– verbally or through written documentation – to management, peers, staff, the client and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood.
Create functional specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers.
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for all production queries.
During project implementations, work on weekends/late hours to ensure a successful implementation
Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members as well as receive guidance and/or instruction from co-workers and seniors
Develop an in depth understanding of financial aid and the PeopleSoft system.

Minimum of two years experience with Title IV preferred, but not required
Must possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must demonstrate proficiency in PeopleSoft, PeopleSoft Query Manager, Oracle, OSIRIS and Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.
Must be able to work flexible hours and some weekends due to project implementation schedules.
Strong technical and/or PeopleSoft knowledge required.
Ability to commute back and forth from ACS/AFS to University of Phoenix.
Project management experience preferred
