Job: Personal Vacation Planners

Norwegian Cruise Line, one of the fastest growing cruise lines and an industry leader has a reservations center in Mesa, Arizona. We are a fun and energetic group with a positive working environment and culture!

We are currently seeking highly-motivated, professional sales-oriented Vacation Planners for the East Mesa Reservation center.




Successful candidates will possess ability to sell cruise vacations order to generate and increase revenue. Candidates will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, ability to adapt to change. Ability to work well under pressure and efficiently in a fast paced environment is a must. Vacation Planners will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to meet and exceed department service goals.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year sales experience.

Training starts on Monday, November 23rd!

COMPENSATION
Base Salary + Commision. Average earnings $32,000 + per year!!

One year Sales experience required
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience/education in reservations, airline or travel industry a plus
