DESCRIPTION
Alliance Financial Resources, LLC (Alliance) is an established mortgage banker focused on providing traditional principles of mortgage lending with personal customer service and exceptional rates for single and multi-family residential properties. We are in pursuit of the best accounting professional in the industry to complement our talented team of professionals located at our Corporate Office in the beautiful Corridors building located near Deer Valley.

CFO
This position is a hands-on role and manages the company-wide accounting function including implementation and maintenance of strong internal controls and best practices.

We seek an experienced and high energy accounting leader who cultivates a high performing team environment that is based on best practices and delivering stellar customer service. This position requires a degreed professional - no exceptions with experience in the mortgage industry. Aptitude to own strategic initiatives with a hands-on approach is a critical responsibility in this role.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
Oversight of the accounting department to ensure deadlines are adhered to
Implement and maintain strong internal controls, best practices and documentation to support financial transactions.
Preparation and review of all Company financial statements and account reconciliations.
Accurate reconciliation of loans funded, warehoused and sold
Coordinate forecasting, planning and budgeting efforts for the company.
Serve as primary liaison with tax accountants, external auditors or other third party service providers to execute audit preparation and achieve successful audit findings.
Maintain ownership of accounting systems including coordination of upgrades, implementation, conversions and reporting tools.
Ensure timely financial reporting, accurate account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, accounts payable and receivable including required filings
Prepare reports that deliver birds eye of all financial matters as well as breakdown to a loan level of revenue
Direct team responsible for timely accurate account reconciliations of payments, appraisal invoicing and payroll processing and related benefits.


Skills / Requirements
� Minimum BS/BA degree in Accounting from an accredited university
� Must have 5 or more years of accounting experience including at least two (2) years of previous experience in the mortgage industry.
� Demonstrated computer and technology skills including Microsoft Office products and accounting systems.
� Proven strong leadership and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
� Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing demands, deadlines, priorities and evolving expectations.
