We are seeking high-energy, dynamic sales people for a PERSONAL BANKER opportunity available at our Rural & Elliot Banking Center in Tempe, AZ and our 30th Street & Camelback Banking Center in Phoenix, AZ.


This position is responsible for selling financial products and providing quality service to our customers in an enthusiastic, responsive, and articulate manner; Create new business through outbound calling and visits in the Phoenix market; Exercise independent judgment on very large customer deposit transactions to assess document validity and funds availability; Minimize risk, deposit loss and fraudulent activity by evaluating and building accurate customer profiles in accordance with established policy and procedures; Explain, promote, and sell various products and services to customers by accurately assessing customer needs; Negotiate prcing concessions based on customer relationships as required; Review, monitor and analyze local marketing activities; Recommend alternatives based on findings; Create new business through outbound calling and visits in the Phoenix market.

MidFirst banking centers' hours of operation in the AZ area are from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Positions will require the ability to work weekend hours.
