Our banking center network in the Arizona marketplace is on the fast track for dynamic growth and currently, MidFirst's assets exceed $14 billion. We are seeking high-energy, dynamic sales people for the position of ASSISTANT BANKING CENTER MANAGER available at the following locations: *67th Avenue & Peoria in Glendale, AZ *Greenfield & Baseline in Mesa, AZ The successful candidates will be responsible for: *Assisting the Banking Center Manager with branch operations, as well as support and supervision of banking center staff. *Selling financial products and providing quality service to our customers in an enthusiastic, responsive, and articulate manner. *Create new business through outbound calling and visits in the Phoenix market. *Exercise independent judgment on very large customer deposit transactions to assess document validity and funds availability. *Minimize risk, deposit loss and fraudulent activity by evaluating and building accurate customer profiles in accordance with established policy and procedures. *Explain, promote, and sell various products and services to customers by accurately assessing customer needs. *Negotiate prcing concessions based on customer relationships as required. Review, monitor and analyze local marketing activities. Recommend alternatives based on findings. *Processing and closing consumer loan applications from customers. *Processing customer originated financial transactions. *Opening new accounts. Vocational, Technical, or Business school in a related field, with a MINIMUM of three years experience in the banking industry and supervisory experience are required. Strong sales, analytical, leadership and coaching skills a must. A Bachelor’s degree in a business related field is preferred as well as an established history as a successful sales professional in the financial industry.
MidFirst banking centers' hours of operation in the AZ area are from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Positions require rotating weekend shifts. This job posting is no longer available on Jobing.com.
