Job: Principal Investigator

Job Responsibilities:

The Principal Investigator (PI) leads the conduct of a clinical trial to ensure adherence to the study protocol and protocol amendments in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and good clinical practice (GCP). Job duties include assuming responsibility for all trial-related decisions, ensuring protocol compliance, managing the medical care of subjects; protecting the rights and welfare of subjects, ensuring the validity of the data reported to the sponsor, ensuring the proper documentation of study related procedures, processes and events; ensuring the proper use and storage of investigational agents; communicating effectively with the study team, subjects and the client.

Qualifications: Licensed M.D. maintaining a current license to practice in the United States. Demonstrated proper education, training, including Hill Top's Investigator Training Program, and experience to conduct clinical trials including the identification of both serious and unexpected adverse events. Must have sufficient time and scientific interest to conduct clinical trials.
