Job: Grocery Store Manager

A grocery store catering to the Hispanic market is soliciting applications for store management. This individual must have experience in grocery store management and must speak English and Spanish.

The store manager is responsible for impulsing sales, insuring a high quality of products sold, monitoring inventory turns and quantity, overseeing the product mix, controlling payroll, maintaining a clean and orgainzed store, motivate employees and provide optimal levels of customer service.

Leadership, organization, punctuality, honesty, and follow through are characteristic needed for this position.

All candidates must have at least 5 years gocery experience.
All candidates must have at least 2 years grocery management experience.
All candidates must be bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
