To answer, route and field all incoming calls through the front desk as well as greet visitors, run reports and assist with special projects. This position will process directory, claim form, and check research requests from the customer service department, as well as print, mail, and record all customer service satisfaction surveys.

• High school degree or equivalent • Excellent data entry skills. • Excellent customer service skills for internal / external customers. • High energy, detail oriented, self-starter, strong analytical skills and confidential • Strong MS office, with emphasis on Excel, Word, and Access • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
