Job: General Manager in Training - North Scottsdale locations

We are currently recruting for a General Manager in Training! Positions available throughout the North Scottsdale Area.

Duties include:
* Build sales to meet company goals while managing costs
* Control inventory
* Interview and hire store team members
* Train and develop competent and capable team members
* Develop and utilize active local store marketing tools
* Monitor Profit and Loss statements to control line items, complete store reports and paperwork
* Utilize tools available to develop weekly schedules
* Communicate National Promotions

An Assistant Manager role can lead to several opportunities, including:
Store General Manager
Manager of Corporate Operations (Multi-Unit Manager)
Franchise Area Leader/ Franchisee
International Area Leader
Director of Corporate Operations/ Director of Franchise Operations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Valid Arizona Licenses
* Reliable Transportation
* Subjected to drug testing/Background Check
* Schedule consists of days, nights, and weekends
* The ability to lead and manage a team
