Arbor Education and Training provides many services to TANF, General Assistance, and welfare diversion clients including intensive assessment, case management, work readiness and life management skills, motivation enhancement, subsidized work experience, occupational skills training, job search assistance, job placement and retention. Arbor has participated in experimental welfare/social service pilot programs for individual states and local communities and we currently provide specialized services to the physically disabled and those with behavioral health challenges.

About our position...
The Quality Specialist position conducts analysis of workforce activities. Uses statistical sampling, auditing and observation of work in progress to evaluate compliance with policies and procedures and adherence to contract requirements. Implements continuous quality improvements through ongoing review of operations and administrative systems, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements. This position also is responsible for systems training statewide on a regular basis.

Requirements:
Related Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience.
Directly related work experience in quality control or performance monitoring.
Familiarity with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Experience in a complex, fast-paced and confidential work environment.
Ability to work with and understand detailed contract provisions related to quality reviews.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong skills in organization and attention to details.
Demonstrated computer skills, able to use various software programs for correspondence, reports, statistical compilation and analysis, and database access.
Demonstrated customer service skills.
Bilingual skills desired.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must qualify to obtain an Arizona state fingerprint clearance card.
