Job: Client Services Coordinator

Position Summary:
Client Service Coordinator provides customer service to tissue requestors, facilities tissue request process and ensures compliance
with Science Care’s tissue use policy to help Science Care fulfill its vision to be the world's leading whole body donor program
advancing medical science to improve the quality of life for people everywhere.

Position Elements:
Required Elements:
• Providing excellent telephone support and customer service to all clients
• Managing the customer relations process including client needs assessment, quote and order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with Tissue Use policies and transportation/ distribution restrictions.
• Ensure high level of detail in department for documentation, tracking, control, and record safekeeping
• Provide detailed order documentation and record keeping requirements
• Assist with tissue distribution and allocation decisions to maximize client benefits and the effectively implement the use of
limited tissue resources

• BA/BS or advanced degree in a Business related field.
• 3+ years of progressive customer service preferably in healthcare or regulated manufacturing; preferably in the pharmaceutical, biomedical or related industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of customer care through professionalism and quality service.
• Working knowledge of anatomy and medicine
• Familiar with Biohazard shipping and transport regulations
