Job: Auto Finance Loan Closer

Seeking professional call center candidates with a background in banking or finance.
Responsible for inbound and outbound calls with customers applying for vehicle loans.
Candidates will be working with customers to close loan applications and cross sell other bank products. Candidates need to be comfortable discussing details including APR, terms and conditions, and fees.
This position supports a Credit Analyst and Doc Prep Specialist.

Must be flexible with working hours Monday-Friday and a Saturday rotation between the hours of 5am-7pm.
Position is located in downtown Phoenix (parking is not provided).
Training will be two weeks and will be starting in November.

Professional communication skills required.
3-5 years in a banking, financial or sales environment.
4+ years of inbound or outbound call center experience.
Self starter that can multitask.
Adapts well to change and a fast paced environment.
Team Player.
Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus!
Must be flexible with working hours Monday-Friday and a Saturday rotation between the hours of 5am-7pm.
