Job Summary Under limited supervision, responsible for the daily administration of the KLIF ITAR controlled database. This position requires the individual to actively perform the various jobs and activities under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor. Responsible for the shipping, receiving, planning and tracking, and inventory of these controlled devices. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Determines group priorities to achieve maximum efficiency and minimum turnaround time. • Understands all warehouse duties and processes that are required to perform KLIF Database Administrator duties which includes processing material • Reviews effectiveness of operating procedures (Specs) as they are applied to accomplish job description • Files documentation for materials, and keeps records of these controlled devices for what is shipped and received. • Administers cycle count activities for controlled devices. • Analyzes count data, determines root cause of discrepancies and initiates corrective actions to correct inventory variances • Improves security and tracking of inventory through process and procedure verification, system review and transaction documentation. • Responsible for inventory accuracy at all levels. • Makes recommendations for improvements as required • Ensures all government regulations are followed in relation to the tracking of controlled devices • Responsible for the research and investigation through standard MRP functions • Archives all documentation to be accessed on demand upon the needs of the company or compliance governing bodies • Interfaces daily between outside process facility and internal customers • Exemplifies and fosters teamwork within the company • Regular attendance is required. • May occasionally be required to work overtime. Skills & Abilities
• Computer literate using Microsoft Office, Word & Excel • Thorough knowledge of basic MRP systems • Effective interpersonal and communication skills. • Use of sound judgment and initiative. • Detail oriented, organizational and multi-tasking skills Education/Experience Requirements • Typically requires Associate Degree and/or at least five years’ related experience • Previous work experience in an ITAR controlled environment required • Previous Planning background experience helpful • Previous Inventory Control experience preferred Accounting & Finance Professionals, Inc.
