EMPACT-SPC is an industry leader not-for-profit based in Tempe, Glendale, and Maricopa dedicated to providing culturally sensitive community resources for crisis management, counseling, and suicide prevention since 1989. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Bi-Lingual FAMILY THERAPIST to join our Glendale team!

This behavioral health professional will provide direct in-home, in-office, and on-going community counseling as assigned. General mental health, and counseling services will be provided to youth, families and adults. Services will be provided according to training, experience, and certification as assigned. Some evenings may be required.

Master's Degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, pyschology, social work, or directly related field.
Must be independently certified by AZBBHE with LPC, LMFT, or LISW or able to be certified within six months of hire.
Experience working with kids and families for assessment and therapy.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Chemical dependency counseling training encouraged.
Detail oriented, & ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality a must.
Demonstrated ability to remain calm in crisis situations.
