Jobing Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements for systems implementation. This role will primarily participate in the Analysis phase of the Software Development Lifecycle and also get involved in software quality assurance and end-user training related activities. This is a role which requires excellent analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities: Gathering and documenting business requirements Working with all Stakeholders to see requirements through the development process Assistance evaluating technical solutions to meet business needs Developing requirements documents, use cases, requirements traceability matrixes to support application deployment Establish and maintain relationships and communications at all levels of the organization Support stakeholders across business lines in strategic analysis and requirement definition Plan and facilitate meetings, working sessions and report outcomes from sessions Identify potential risks Experience working as the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization Tools required: MS Office, Visio Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities; however, mentoring, leadership and delegation skills are required. Qualification and Education Requirements:
