Job: Senior .Net Developer

Design, development, testing, deployment and optimization experience in both database-driven and web-based applications in .NET 3.0. Collaborate closely with our Application Managers, software development team and Enterprise Architects to ensure proper support is provided.

Core Functions:
1) Design, development, testing, deployment and optimization of complex applications using C#/ASP.NET 3.X Framework
2) Expertise in understanding enterprise environment (technical and business) and requirements providing input to project managers, business partners and system teams
3) Translate business requirements into documented data, application, interface specifications and infrastructure requirements
4) Creating unit tests, automated regression tests and tracking defects
5) Extenstive experience with detailed design, performing and monitoring development (coding), report generation, unit testing and system and integration testing of applications.

1) 3-5+ years of IT experience in development, administration and/or architecture
2) 2+ recent years of experience in data integration/architecture, enterprise information integration and/or ETL
3) Experience writing complex web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Web Services using the 3.X.NET Framework
4) Experience with AJAX and SOA is a plus
5) Experience using test driven development tools such as NUnit
6) Experience using source control and IDE tools such as Eclipse, WSAD, RAD6, CVS/Subversion/Clear Case/Source Safe/Visual Studio
7) Good knowledge of Relational Databases and mySQL and MS SQL Server
8) Ability to mentor and provide techncial direction on application architecture
9) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10) Experience with SDLC methodologies and defect tracking tools
11) Experience with Scrum and/or Agile Methodology
12) Proven ability to execute complex, high-impact web services projects
13) Self-motivated with little direct supervision, assuring the quality of work and service for the tasks given is of the highest caliber and meeting or exceeding requirements and expectations
14) Ability to communicate the essential issues of a software defect to identify the root of the issue
15) Results, action-oriented with a "whatever it takes" attitude
16) Interacts professionally, appropriately, and courteously with customers, other outside parties, and co-workers
17) Experience with defining and documenting technical specifications
18) Proven experience working in or with complex, team-oriented technology environments
19) Ability to quickly structure, assimilate and analyze data
20) Possesses wide base of experience in many disciplines of information technology including:

Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Optimum Web Application design for maximum performance
Operating Systems - Windows (Linux is a plus)
Performance Management and Capacity Planning
Application Program Interfaces (APIs), Messaging Software and Interoperability Techniques and Standards
BS/BA degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; MA desired
