Jobing Description
Protect long-term revenue and profitability of the organization through world-class sales service excellence and partner retention. Perform on-going in-house product relationship development through co-marketing efforts with the business-to-business clients through referring partner sales relationships. Act as a partner and project management liaison between LifeLock Partner Sales, referring partner and business-to-business client. Successfully launch trials and/or pilots for large revenue-producing business to business opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities: Build rapport and confidence with the partner and their support organization. Project conviction and a dedication for representing LifeLock products and service. Build constructive working relationships and trust with all external partners and their business-to-business clients and LifeLock's internal business functions. Understand and manage program design and solution. Act as the project management and channel sales backbone and protect growth and partner retention. Respond as an in-house expert to concerns or clarifications about value and continued enrollment. Ask and drive referrals. Cross-sell and enroll other associates, departments, or functions. Position and acknowledge the importance of the partner relationship to LifeLock. Support a culture of quality Partner Sales and account management expertise. Educate partners regarding sales and products offered. Support cross functional and department efforts to drive sales across the organization. Display a passion for LifeLock's services, products, and solution offerings. Role model LifeLock's mission and Values Statement. A minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated success in an industrial sale, project management or service role supporting corporate clients. Technical Skills Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word. Database experience preferred. Experience using CRM as a pipeline / partner management is a plus. Related Work Experience Successful candidate must have a proven 5-7 year record in implementing client enrollment programs; meeting and/or exceeding partner and client retention goals; and coordinating various aspects of business development support.
