We are currently hiring a Line Cook. This position is responsible for preparing a wide variety of cuisine. Style, visual excellence and a passion for being the best are required. We compete with some of the finest hotels in the area, and seek to be considered among the best. This is a hands-on position requiring skill in all areas of food preparation.

Prior Line experience with high volume hot/cold food service required. Banquet experience preferred. Cook & prepare all food items in accordance with production requirements. Read, write and speak English fluently.
