Jobing Description
Established custom window, door and hardware manufacturer has an immediate need for an Order Entry person in our Customer Service Department.

Primary duties and responsibilities will include:
- Enter customer purchase order accurately into computer system and assist customers over the phone with product selection and orders.
- Translate customer quote or purchase order into logical format in production software program (V6).
- Calculate accurate custom door and window quotes, utilizing company price books and considering material and labor costs. Review quotes and orders for accuracy.
- Assign valid lead times to orders.

Skills / Requirements
Required Skills:
  • Solid math and computer skills-understanding of measurements and fractions a must.
  • Able to comprehend blueprints.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Customer Service oriented.
  • Must be able to work independently, multi task and be highly organized.

    Preferred Skills:
  • Millwork experience in a manufacturing, installation or construction environment a plus.
  • AutoCAD experience helpful.
