The Education Specialist works with Department Managers to provide a continuum of education needed to keep employees current in areas of their care delivery and job description.& The Education Specialist also provides patients and family the education needed to make informed decisions about their treatment regimens.&
*Current licensure as a Registerd Nurse in AZ with BSN preferred
*Minimum of 2 years Oncology experience
*Membership and active involvement in Oncology Nursing Society
*ONS certification within three years of employment
*Basic Oncology and ONS Chemotherapy course within six months of employment, BLS
