The attorney filling this position will:
Present the Company’s case in labor arbitrations; Respond to and resolve employment-related issues Respond to administrative charges Provide advice and counsel on labor and employment issues to the Company's labor relations and human resources departments Support the legal efforts of all company operations as needed Research legal issues that arise on a day-to-day basis Manage outside counsel handling litigation matters Skills / Requirements
At least 8 years of Labor and Employment experience; including private practice experience.
First chair experience handling arbitration hearings or other litigation matters Outstanding academic credentials Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize and manage numerous matters simultaneously. Membership in good standing in the bar of at least one state RLA experience desired, but not required Positive attitude and good work ethic This job posting is no longer available on Jobing.com.
