Job: Case Managers

* Build trusting relationships with work partners and beneficiaries
* Educate participants with various solutions
* Document visits with applicants

Candidates must have:

* 2-3 years professional experience
* High school diploma or GED (college coursework preferred)
* Be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
* Type 40 wpm
* Pass a background check
